Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our policies before your visit.
Deposit Policy for New Clients
Minimum Deposit
All new clients are required to make an initial deposit of 25% of the total booking amount to secure their reservation.
Payment Methods
Deposits may be paid via e-transfer or other approved payment methods.
Application of Deposit
Your deposit is credited toward the total cost of your session — you only pay the remaining balance on the day.
Non-Refundable
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. It is credited to your service but will not be returned if the appointment is cancelled.
Exceptions
We may waive or adjust the deposit requirement for specific promotions or returning client segments at our discretion.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Required
Please provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule request.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
No-Show Fee
Failing to attend without any notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge, provided you contact us at least 12 hours before your original appointment time.
Emergencies
Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start your session on time and you can fully unwind before we begin.
Lost & Found
Personal Belongings
We encourage all guests to keep jewellery, bags, and valuables with them at all times during their visit.
Reporting Lost Items
If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally the same day.
Retention Period
Found items are held for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be discarded or donated to charity.
Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to safeguard found items, the responsibility for personal belongings rests with the guest. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
Harassment Policy
Zero Tolerance
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for everyone. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct.
Applies To
This policy applies to all clients, visitors, and any individual interacting with our studio or staff.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Unwelcome sexual advances or requests
- Inappropriate remarks, jokes, or gestures of a sexual nature
- Unwanted physical contact of any kind
- Displaying or sharing explicit or offensive materials
- Derogatory comments based on gender, identity, or appearance
- Cyber harassment via messages, calls, or social media
Reporting
All complaints are handled promptly and confidentially. Please report concerns directly to Mai — your safety and comfort are our priority.
Consequences
Substantiated violations will result in immediate termination of the session, revocation of booking privileges, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Non-Retaliation
Anyone who reports a concern in good faith is fully protected from retaliation of any kind.
